This document outlines the requirements for maintaining a reflective log and portfolio to complete a course. It includes two learning outcomes: 1) being able to create and maintain a purposeful reflective log by designing a log format and including required evidence of learning, and 2) creating and maintaining a portfolio of one's own work by designing a format that allows adding, editing, and storing assessed tasks and maintaining the portfolio with referenced work. Instructions are provided on setting up the reflective log and portfolio with templates for organizing content by unit and assessment criteria.

What you need to do - Maintain your reflective log/blog throughout the course of study make sure that it includes tracked evidence to meet
the requirements of assessment.
I have created a template for you to use – please make sure you look at each unit on your blog and identify when you have reflected, self-
assessed or evaluated your work put the date your blog was posted, the title ect .
You needto look at your blog and ensure eachof your units are showing correctly
