The SIP aims to address challenges
The report provides information of the current status of Quality Education. This report will discuss about the Introduction, Overview of current situation goal in Bangladesh, Government initiative to achieve the goal’s target and key challenges of Quality Education.
This bears the school's objectives on how to improve the teaching-learning landscape of bactas Elementary School during the onset of COVID-19. This presents the different platforms used by the school and could also be helpful when circumstances would occur that delivery of instructions would need to be diverted. This BE-LCP also presented the different CIGPs that were the springboard of this BE-LCP
A report card provides a snapshot of the school’s current condition and performance. It is a tool for advocating and communicating the school situation, context, and performance to internal and external stakeholders to involve them in making the school a better learning place for the learners.
Its purpose is to provide necessary information pertaining to the accomplishments, projects, and programs of the LSCES that involves internal and external stakeholders. This is also a reflection of how far the school has been implementing DepEd PPAs which will cater to the needs of the learners as its clienteles.

Abstract
The implementation of the K-12 Senior High School program makes Filipino students competitive globally. On this premise, a study to assess the K-12 Senior High School program of Laboratory High School (LHS) of Cotabato City State Polytechnic College (CCSPC). Also, it explored the resources, teachers' instructional practices, the attainment of the objectives of the program, and the challenges encountered in the implementation. It employed descriptive-evaluative design. It administered survey questionnaires to 202 total number of respondents composed of 169 senior high school students who were chosen randomly and 30 teachers, including three staff, who were selected using Complete Total Enumeration. It was conducted last school year 2019-2020. Results revealed that services and resources evidently provided. The teachers of the LHS have evidently practiced the instructional practices in terms of teaching strategies, classroom management, and assessment of learning. Considering the findings it was concluded that Despite the big class size and with faculty possess degrees appropriate and relevant to the high school program and other qualifications, the LHS maintains its public image of excellence in both curricular and extracurricular activities in which have been a sign that instructional supervision of the Laboratory High School is of a high standard.

SITUATION
The La Paz National High School is the first public secondary school in the
municipality of La Paz. It is one of the river towns centrally located in the Province of
Agusan del Sur. It is bounded on its northern side by the municipalities of San Luis
and Talacogon, on its southern side by the municipality of Loreto; on its western side
is the province of Bukidnon and on its eastern side by the municipalities of Rosario
and Bunawan.

SITUATION
La Paz National High School is in its 39 years of existence which started as
the extension school of Agusan del Sur National High School, San Francisco, Agusan
del Sur. Because of the dire need of the local residents to have secondary school
within their reach, local officials both barangay and municipal initiated and acted to
open up secondary school way back 1982 as La Paz Municipal High School. The old
municipal building served as the first classrooms for the first to fourth year students.

SITUATION
Through the years, La Paz NHS is producing competent graduates who are
having reasonable income after pursuing college degrees in the different fields where
some graduated with flying colors and immediately passed national board exams.
As to the department recognized activities, students performed well that led them to
participate to divisional, regional and even national level.

Based on the data reflected in the School Report Card (SRC) the school has a total enrolment of______for
the school year __2019-2020___of which ___ are male and ___ are female. For the school year 2020-2021
the school had a total enrolment of 922 where 426 are male and 496 are female and for the school year
2021-2022 our school has an enrolment of 1102 with 522 are male and 580 are female. The graph seen in
the SRC data shows that the school has both increasing enrolment for male and female in the current
year but the population on school aged from 12 years old to 18 years is still higher than the
normal age bracket.

In connection with the K to12 program implementation the school experienced a big shortage
of textbooks and learning materials. These include teachers guide handling grade seven to
grade ten and learning worksheets in all subjects. The school has problems for not having
ancillary facilities like school updated functional library, industrial arts, canteen, functional
speech laboratory and science laboratory room.
For teachers’ professional development, La Paz National High School teachers and school head
attended in trainings both district, division and regional level. Action Research, K to 12 Basic
Education Program, Enhanced SIP, IP. Ed Retooling, and Child Protection Policy were some of
the trainings attended by all teachers including school administrator.

Some of the trainings listed in their Individual Plan for Professional Development (IPPD) were not
addressed. Teachers are encouraged to attend trainings on ICT as 21st century teacher in order to enhance and
develop their professional attributes so that their teaching strategies will be improved.
For every school operation, financial aspect plays a very crucial role to sustain every program and
activity of the school. Thus, funding sources from the different stakeholders contributed much to attain every
goal of the school. The data revealed that school MOOE has a highest amount of school fund and the next
higher fund is the fund raising of GPTA. The school looks for some alternatives from other stakeholders both
internal and external so that the school can continue its operations.

In school performance indicator for ACCESS, there were 15 drop outs for school year 2018-2019
___male___female and 18 for school year 2020-2021 male and 4 female and It makes the dropout rate as
2.94% percent based from the enrolment. (current, 4.11% drop out rate)
For QUALITY, base on the SMEA result it was found out that has a decreasing promotion rate by one percent
each school year. For the current school year only the female decreases by 3-4 percent. Though, the school
provided some interventions, but still some students could not sustain their schooling especially for Grade 10
learners.
In consonance with the result of National Achievement Test (NAT), the School Mean Percentage Score
(MPS) is very low which is 66%, lower than the standard of 75% like in Araling Panlipunan 72.05, Science
56.40, English 58.99 and Filipino 70.09.
