Rahul Mehrotra - an overview of the architectural projects of this apparently regionalist and post modernist architect. The scale of projects undertaken by him are varied and extensive.
This is an architectural design project designed in 4th year of graduation.
The project was to present a complete landscape design solution retaining all the constraints generated by the live site proposed.
This includes Hard/Soft details of the proposal, layout of drains and few complex details which are needed to be consulted by a civil engineer.

My role in the project was to create the preliminary design sheet. I designed the layout for callouts, the color rendered plan view, and plant legend with images. I helped select plants for an Asian themed landscape to create the preliminary planting and the planting layout for the slope and around the pond. I digitally colored rendered the plan view in Impressions.
The TOD Study presented yesterday looked carefully at land use and transportation patterns, and then suggested the general contours for a reshaped downtown. Six potential development clusters were identified, including: the North Avenue Gateway (between Memorial Circle and I-95), the Central Corridor (between I-95 and the Metro-North tracks), Crossroads (the heart of the downtown, near the intersection of Huguenot and North), the West Gateway (where Huguenot and Main meet near Pintard), the East Gateway (around Echo Bay and Faneuil Park), and the I-95 Gateway (near the end of Palmer Avenue.)
I tried to make my first portfolio like Jordan Wilkinson Landscape Architecture Portfolio, he had a nice one .. :)

This is l works which i would like to my academic and some of professional which i would like to share.this PORTFOLIO is my devotion and my desire because i have started my academic and professional life with these dreams.
As you meander through this portfolio, you will notice that
I have worked in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Fine Arts. And that I am currently studying for a Masters in Landscape Architecture degree at Texas A&M University. That my undergraduate degrees in Architecture and past work experience have given me a strong interdisciplinary foundation. However, above all what I hope you would take away is that I am an artist at heart. I am an ardent admirer of nature and a firm believer in “design process.”
At its core my work explores the inherent harmony between human spaces and natural environs, and how they can be an extension of each other. My craft is shaped by influences from nature herself, famous and not-so-famous art and design, extant public spaces both in the East and the West, environmental science, and health systems. And my goal is pretty simple, (or is it?): Let’s make the world a better and brighter place to live in!

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.

Book Formatting: Quality Control Checks for DesignersConfidence Ago
This presentation was made to help designers who work in publishing houses or format books for printing ensure quality.
Quality control is vital to every industry. This is why every department in a company need create a method they use in ensuring quality. This, perhaps, will not only improve the quality of products and bring errors to the barest minimum, but take it to a near perfect finish.
It is beyond a moot point that a good book will somewhat be judged by its cover, but the content of the book remains king. No matter how beautiful the cover, if the quality of writing or presentation is off, that will be a reason for readers not to come back to the book or recommend it.
So, this presentation points designers to some important things that may be missed by an editor that they could eventually discover and call the attention of the editor.
