The Lake Views Problem Solving Teams program began in 2000 but was initially unsuccessful. It lacked structure, clear expectations, and teacher buy-in. Over time, the program established organizational frameworks, research-based best practices, measurable goals, and increased communication and collaboration among teachers. It also celebrated successes and gained support from district and community stakeholders. Today, the program has grown tremendously and provides an example of how analyzing a program's development through different frames can help educational leaders learn from its growth.
