This document summarizes the results of nslookup commands run to analyze DNS queries and responses. It shows that:
- DNS queries for websites like www.paytm.com and Oxford University were performed, with responses sent over UDP.
- Queries were directed to the local DNS server, with responses providing IP addresses for the requested domains.
- Additional queries were made for nameservers and image files on web pages, with responses analyzed for type, number of answers and address information provided.
With the constant increase of availability of processing power comes the need for longer passwords and hence the need for usage of passphrases in order to remember them. But are passphrases really safe? This session will explain how to crack passphrases up to 20 characters long, where normal password attacks most often fail, in a reasonable timespan using a normal gaming PC and a Markov process.

The presentations aim is to talk about how simple it is to deploy DNS Tunnelling infrastructure at little or no cost. Also shows how to establish a ssh connection from target to attacker, and act as a taster for peoples further research.

AN EFFECTIVE PREVENTION OF ATTACKS USING GI TIME FREQUENCY ALGORITHM UNDER DDOSIJNSA Journal
With the tremendous growth of internet services, websites are becoming indispensable. When the number of users gets increased accessing the websites, the performance of the server gets down. Due to much burden on the server, the response time gets delayed. When the process becomes slow, the ratio of the users accessing to the site also goes down. Apart from this, it may also happen due to the attack of Hackers. We have implemented a special kind of technique to recognize the attack carried out by the hackers and block them from using the site. This is termed as Denial of Service and thus is carried out among the web users and is commonly referred to as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). To improve server performance and deny the accessibility permissions to the hackers are proposed in this paper.

Talk by Jonathan Oxer at Linux Users Victoria in April 2007 about how DNS works. Covers authoritative and recursive DNS, delegation, and attack vectors including cache poisoning and DNS forgery. More information at http://jon.oxer.com.au/talks/id/66
2017 Devoxx MA Deconstructing and Evolving REST SecurityDavid Blevins
The learning curve for security is severe and unforgiving. Specifications promise infinite flexibility, habitually give old concepts new names, offer endless extensions, and almost seem designed to deliberately confuse. With an eye on architecturual impact, actual HTTP messages, and aggressive distaste for fancy terminology, this session delves into OAuth 2.0 as it pertains to REST and shows how it falls into two camps: stateful and stateless. It then explores a competing Amazon-style approach called HTTP Signatures, ideal for B2B APIs. Finally, it discusses a new internet draft launched this year that combines them both into the perfect two-factor system that could provide a one-stop shop for business as well as mobile REST scenarios.
A complete Coverage of DNS and its features. This ppt deals with well balanced practical and theoretical aspects of DNS. The best ppt for a novice learner.

Domain Name System (DNS) provides one of the most basic but critical functions on the Internet. If DNS isn't working, then your business likely isn't either. Secure your business and web presence with Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC).
A Domain Name System assigns an alphabetic name to a numeric IP address and is made up of multiple Domain Name servers that enable IP address mapping for devices on the Internet (usually servers).
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Saudi Arabia stands as a titan in the global energy landscape, renowned for its abundant oil and gas resources. It's the largest exporter of petroleum and holds some of the world's most significant reserves. Let's delve into the top 10 oil and gas projects shaping Saudi Arabia's energy future in 2024.
Overview of the fundamental roles in Hydropower generation and the components involved in wider Electrical Engineering.
This paper presents the design and construction of hydroelectric dams from the hydrologist’s survey of the valley before construction, all aspects and involved disciplines, fluid dynamics, structural engineering, generation and mains frequency regulation to the very transmission of power through the network in the United Kingdom.
