Assisted in the development of the Brite Energy Account Creation department including the recruiting, hiring, and training
of the team.
Analyzed credit reports and credit history with applicant to most effectively assess cost benefit of loan for both member
and credit union interests, provided credit counseling as needed.
Strengthened image of credit union by sensitively responding to client needs and concerns while effectively and
professionally seeking out the best interests of the credit union.
When appropriate, after credit examination, effectively cross-sold other institutional products that would be beneficial to
all parties.
