experience supporting an
entrepreneurial CEO.

•Supporting him so he could stay focused on high-level
strategic work that drove the organization forward; and
•Coordinating the other team members’ efforts with the
CEO’s work and with each other’s work, so we were all on the
same page and moving together in the same direction.
