NEO-RLS is an online reference service that provides free, live assistance from librarians to citizens of Ohio 24/7. It is funded by a federal grant and administered through Cleveland Public Library in partnership with several other libraries and universities. NEO-RLS librarians answer a wide range of questions on topics like homework help, research resources, and general reference after normal library hours.
