Majid Latif’s Profile
Majid Latif is the Managing Director and Chief Management
Consultant of KML Solution (KMLS). Before starting his own
firm, till Sept 2015, Majid was Group COO of National
Technology Group, Saudi Arabia. NTG’s annual revenue is 2
billion Saudi Riyal and it has offices in more than 10 countries
and 3400+ employees. Majid has all- encompassing hands-on
management experience of full spectrum of business
functions.

During the career he has managed and been responsible for P&L of a
business or a function for over 20 years. He has over 12 years’ experience
of directly managing ICT-MIS function and more than 15 years’
experience of directly managing HR at the corporate and business unit
level.
Majid Latif’s Profile
He has worked in Pakistan and abroad, at Pakistani, Saudi
and prestigious multinational organizations (Siemens,
NCR). His main focus has been business management but he
has also designed and conducted management training
programs.

He has a degree in engineering and has received wide-ranging
management and technical training from France, Germany, Holland,
Malta, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Singapore, UK, and USA. He is an
alumnus of INSEAD, France. He is a member of the Management
Association of Pakistan, Life Member of Marketing Association of
Pakistan, and a Life Member of the Computer Society of Pakistan.

Isabel Myers (1897-1980) and her mother,
Katharine Cook Briggs (1875-1968), developers
of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
instrument, shared a vision. During World War
II, they set out to find an easier way for people

They wanted to enable individuals to grow through an understanding

  • 12. Majid Latif’s Profile Majid Latif is the Managing Director and Chief Management Consultant of KML Solution (KMLS). Before starting his own firm, till Sept 2015, Majid was Group COO of National Technology Group, Saudi Arabia. NTG’s annual revenue is 2 billion Saudi Riyal and it has offices in more than 10 countries and 3400+ employees. Majid has all- encompassing hands-on management experience of full spectrum of business functions. KMLS Intellectual Property 12 During the career he has managed and been responsible for P&L of a business or a function for over 20 years. He has over 12 years’ experience of directly managing ICT-MIS function and more than 15 years’ experience of directly managing HR at the corporate and business unit level.

Majid Latif’s Profile He has worked in Pakistan and abroad, at Pakistani, Saudi and prestigious multinational organizations (Siemens, NCR). His main focus has been business management but he has also designed and conducted management training programs. KMLS Intellectual Property 13 He has a degree in engineering and has received wide-ranging management and technical training from France, Germany, Holland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Singapore, UK, and USA. He is an alumnus of INSEAD, France. He is a member of the Management Association of Pakistan, Life Member of Marketing Association of Pakistan, and a Life Member of the Computer Society of Pakistan.
