I am writing to introduce and recommend Karen Lash. I have had the pleasure of managing Karen
in her role as Lead Community Coordinator here at Agora Cyber Charter School. Her drive and
passion for success were unmatched and demonstrated on a daily basis in her role as the Lead.
Karen excels in providing each student the opportunity to succeed outside of the classroom in a
variety of engaging and interactive activities developed throughout the school year. During her
tenure, Karen helped create and enhance the overall position of Community Coordinator. She
faced each day with creativity and passion, overcoming challenges in logistics and scheduling to
augment and provide our student’s grades K-12 with an excellent educational experience. Karen
found and developed age appropriate activities for our students with major gaps and barriers in
their education, due to disabilities and IEP related goals as well.
Karen strives for successes with each student in her care. All of her work is done with the utmost
sense of professionalism. When working with other staff on committees, Karen emphasizes
