Beth Brant, the co-owner and Creative Director of Papermoon, a branding agency in Seattle, wrote a letter of recommendation for Allison Guild. Brant hired Guild as a Branding Assistant but was impressed by her creativity, organization, listening skills, and ability to understand clients. My name is Beth Brant, and I am the co-owner and Creative Director for Papermoon, a
boutique branding agency based out of Seattle, WA. I’ve had the pleasure of working with
Allison Guild this Spring on a rebrand we were doing for the City of Ironwood, Michigan.
When I first hired Allison as our Branding Assistant, my intentions were for her to handle
administrative tasks, and keep our team communications organized. What I very quickly
learned was that she is capable of so much more than that, and we brought her into the fold of
our entire creative process as we moved through the project.
Allison is extremely bright, creative, organized, and dependable. She understands the dynamics
of working on a team. She is a fantastic listener. I was blown away by her keen ability to listen
to what our clients were saying and use their feedback to help shape our creative concepts. She
connects dots. She understands the bridge between generations. She is wise beyond her years!
And aside from all of those skills, she’s just a true pleasure to be around. She shows up to work
with a smile on her face, and a work ethic that you wish everyone else had.
