I supervised the Monsanto health and safety programs for as
many as 350 employees, and partnered with various leaders
to control and prevent incidents. I Identified and eliminated
hazardous conditions found anywhere on our 500,000 sq. ft.

classroom and operations settings, including site wide safety
moments.
