Duties and Responsibilities

 Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag Audit and report.
 Conduct tool box talk for all sub ordinates in different topic.
 Conduct weekly safety meeting for all staffs.
 To give training to all workers as per training matrix.
 Attending clients meeting.
 Coordination with the clients safety officer.
 To assist the safety manager in coordinates of safety activities.
 Educate and encourage the employee to perform job safely.
 Safeguarding human life, property and environment
 To implement safety rules of the site.
 Report all accident, incident and near misses.
 Making daily reports regarding unsafe act and conditions.
 Monitoring environmental protection and waste management.
 Maintain good housekeeping.
 Reminding all the workers safety is the best policy and to target zero
accident.
 Monitoring to wear PPE and use of first aid facilities.
 Fire Protection / firefighting systems and necessary training.
 Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all
activities and facilities.
 Checking hot work permit, Confined space entry permit, Elevated work
permit
 Creating and conducting training programs for Foreman, Supervisors
and workers for work in condition.
 Provide in-service Fire Safety Training to employees using power point
slides and using Portable Fire Extinguishers for practical
demonstration.
 Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
 Daily Inspection of crane and scaffolding.
 Prepare letters, Reports and conduct meetings with Project
Management.
 Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work
permit.
 Make monthly Inspection of moving equipment’s and fire
extinguishers, ladders etc.
