AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
Kiklop has extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in all steps of construction, development projects
including concept studies, design, project management, commissioning and project implementation
( Construction ).
A. Design Works:
Project concept studies and design works are completed by prioritizing clients needs and demands. Once
concept design is approved by the client, 3D perspective presentations are prepared and submitted for client’s
review and final approval.Following the completion of concept design a well resolved coordination, integration
among various disciplines takes place. Design works are completed only after acquiring all permits and
approvals from the client and statutorty authorities.
B. Project Management Works:
Kiklop handles the tendering process on behalf of the client to select the most suitable design and construction
contractor(s) on a competition basis. During the full construction cycle; quality, quantity, time and cost control
aspects are conducted by our company.
C. Commissioning Works:
Prior to the completion of mechanical and electrical systems, Kiklop reviews and checks the actual
performances on site.This enables detection of noncompliances and varifies that the entire system is
completed as per specifications and standards identified by the design team and delivered to the client in full.
D. Construction Works:
Kiklop ensures that project is implemented with full compliance to the client requirements in terms of quality
and time proposed. After the completion of the project, project particulars are delivered to the relevant
authorities by Kiklop together with the client for final approvals.
