It helps kids start businesses in areas like sports agencies, publishing, bakeries, graphic design, party planning, and more. The goal is to teach kids business and life skills so they can be independent, innovative, and dare to dream big through starting and building their own kid-created companies.

More than 1 in 3 divorced children have not seen their fathers in the last year. These fatherless children are at serious risk for a host of maladies: physical, social, emotional, relational, and spiritual. While re-union with dad is the best solution, when that isn't possible in the near term, whatever the reason, there is a way to prevent those serious maladies from damaging these kids: a mentor. The research is clear- one hour a week with a caring mentor for a year can change the life of a fatherless child forever. This presentation highlights both the risks of fatherlessness and the benefits of a mentoring program along with the strategy for launching a program that is focused on developing leaders rather than "saving" fatherless kids.
