With 7 years’ experience in the field of Fire Protection Services, Well educated in
responding to Oil Depot fires, Crash and Structural fires and Shipboard firefighting. I am

Basic Function:
 Daily inspection of fire trucks with its all firefighting equipment’s and make report to the
Shift Supervisor.
 Conducting road test of Fire Trucks upon arrived on shift.
 Maintain the cleanliness of Fire Department.
 Attending MOM Minutes of Meeting and address important issue for Fire Department
improvement.
 Responding emergency incidents such as Fire, Hazmat ,Chemical Spills
 Participate in promoting a culture of safety through participation in morning and
monthly safety meetings.
 Attending emergency fire drills for improvement of emergency response plan.
 Issuing AMAN Report incident if found unsafe practice and defect fire equipment

Crew Chief -Responds to actual or potential air-crash emergencies to prevent or
extinguish fires and rescue plane crew and passengers: Drives to scene of crash or to end
of runway where distressed craft is expected to land. Sprays chemical foam onto runway
surface to minimize danger of fire and explosion on impact, and water fog or chemical
agents onto craft after landing.
Training Coordinator / Fire Instructor - Establishes and implements Training Plans and
Schedules and directly supervises the instructors’ training activities of Safety and Fire
Protection Services Personnel, both existing and newly hired, to improve and maintain skill
levels. Coordinates or corresponds with all departments regarding training programs for
Fire and Life Safety In-Service training schedules, and ensure that resources, including
