Job Responsibilities:
In Machine Shop and On site
1. Outlining safe operational practices & procedures to the general workforce, ensuring that all operational
activities are carried out in accordance with company’s safety policies, statutory regulations &
guidelines.
2. Conduct pre-operational risk assessment on sites.
3. Management System to be compliant with OHSAS 18001-2007 & ISO 14001-2004 Standards, including
corrective and preventive measures.
4. Monitor HSE Controllers in executing continuous audits.
5. Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance,proposed corrective action,required
resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
6. Preparing,issuing & analyzing required health ,safety & environmental performance reports.
7. Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members,customers,clients and contractors

workers.
Ensure that all employees have been undergone Safety Induction training and EOD awareness before they
assigned in the working site.
Installation of the needful safety signage’s,posters and emergency contact numbers at appropriate locations.
Ensure availability and inspection of PPE of workers – Safety shoes,hard hats goggles,gloves and full safety
harness,apron, face shield, dust masks etc.
Ensure availability of asbestos free fire blankets and portable shelters with the needful arrangement for Cable
Tray welders.
Safety instructions and supervision on Cutting, grinding, welding and Electrical works.
Provision of Assembly point/ safe location/designated smoking area/portable toilet etc. with site supervisors.
Find out the unsafe act and unsafe condition on the working site by routine inspection with site supervisorand
rectify the same properly.
Ensure competent workers are available for job and availability of their training passports.
Co-ordination with clients’ safety personnel to implement their HSE policy and procedures at the working
site.
Co-ordination with client safety personnel to inspect all equipment, vehicles, machineries, hand tools and
follow client’s quarterly color coding systemall of it.
Ensure availability of valid third party certificates for all cranes their lifting appliances and ensure their fitness
through physical checkup.
