Production Manager
My responsibility is to ensure cost-effective production and loading of 6.7 million ton
per annum of LNG and to ensure the safety and integrity of the plant
Management:
 Define department's budget, strategy in-line with the plant and operations strategy
 Participate in short to long term operations planning
 Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, HSE, and logistics to
ensure proper planning for shut-down activities, materials management
 Manage 2 teams, day team for engineering and planning aspects, and shift team for
execution, controlling and monitoring activities
Technical & HSE:
 Responsible HSE - delegate on the plant thus ensure implementations HSE rules
 Member of the Emergency Crisis Management team
 Ensuring that Permit-to-Work, processes and procedures are up to date and take into
account the HSE dimensions
Personnel (100 persons in the production department):
 Develop production team, mentor and provide guidance to new engineers
 Define required training for personnel development
 Work closely with HR regarding personnel move, promotion, recruitment as per the
department's mid-term and long-term needs.
 Assess production personnel and define job performance targets

Operation Shift Superintendent
 Managed a team of 20 operators (including loading master) and 4 supervisors
(including pipeline supervisor)
 Directed and supervised all activities in the process plant, utilities, pipeline, control
room to ensure safe and efficient operations as per Production Manager instructions
 During night shifts, I was responsible for the entire plant
