My task was all activities on production of LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE including care of process
conditions, product quality, control and training on personal to obtain safe and economical production.
I was monitoring overall plant operations, giving directions to operators, checking product quality and
quantity in accordance with managements requirements. My work was exercises general coordination
over plant maintain work including initiation notifications for maintenance services, issuing permits for
work to be carried out, ensuring the proper preparation of equipment, ensuring that safety procedures
are being followed, and checking that work has been successfully completed.
IMPLEMENT PEROXIDE SYSTEM October 2009 - March 2010
I was a member of team who implement new technology- LDPE PEROXIDE SYSTEM . It has been a
plant modernization and it has been set up new technology and I qualified for manufacturing process
of the peroxide Lupotech technology
IMPLEMENT DSC CONTROL SYSTEM April 2008- September 2008
I was a member of team for introduction new process control DSC (Siemens simatic PC-S7 ) developing
process and instrumentation diagrams P&D
In both cases I have cared to be implement changes safety, precluding injuries, accidents and damage to
plant equipment
