kFlow being an online game, is
lockdown compatible:
each player in front of one’s
computer
Share an ambition,
Collectively meet challenges,
Wake up the hidden “creative” of your employees or partners,
Discover while playing solutions you never imagined…
All this via an online collaborative creative game: kFlow
• Objectives:
• Co-create elements of strategies, tactics, with your teams, partners, customers, in a fun way
• Create unexpected rich communication between different departments of your organization
• Make your events both fun and useful
kFlow is a modern team building online
service, combining ideation & gamification,
based on neuro-ergonomic principles
• Process:
• People fight during online phases, some being on a
digital map, using top gamification principles
• Benefits:
• Generate unexpected ideas
• Ease the implementation of those ideas
• Discover talents in your teams
• Combine value creation and fun

Knowledge must flow in order to create value
• Create value in chaos by maintaining homeostasis
• Achieving homeostasis goes through increasing flow of
information and knowledge
• Fun, engagement and sharing are the three pillars of the
knowledge flow
• Ideas co-created when playing are better memorized
• Their implementation is easier
• People are more motivated when engaged
• kFlow is here to increase the knowledge flow
PositioningPreparation Challenge phase Battle phase
 Define the objective of the
kFlow through a question
 Design the kNotes
(moonshots, elements of
knowledge, information,
decision, etc.)
 Set-up players and teams
who will compete
 Create moonshots online
 Vote for other moonshots
 Leaderboard is displayed in
real-time
 At the end of this phase,
management can select
best challenges by
combination of multiple
parameters: votes, AI based
analysis, management
decision
 This can last many weeks,
 Number of players unlimited
 Players are in teams, and
all fight on a digital map
 Players generate ideas in
response to moonshots,
and give energy to publish
ideas
 Supporters give ”likes” to
published ideas
 Team scores are displayed
in real time on the digital
map
 This last between 3 to 6
hours, but can keep on
 Select the best ideas, by
crossing multiple
criterium:
 Number of likes
 AI based criteria
 Top management
choice
 The content is still
available on the map
One example of a typical kFlow
Note: kFlow is highly modular, not
all steps are required, other steps
can be added
kFlow References

• “Putting myself in the shoes of a competitor allowed me to understand elements of his strategy”
• ”I realized that I underestimated a threat for my company, but that fortunately my collaborators where perfectly aware of it”
• Quantitative feedbacks
• A kFlow can easily generate over 1800 ideas in a few hours by over 100 players, with more than 10 evaluation by idea
• Most players remember what they did even 6 months later
• 93% of players want to do another kFlow
