 Offshore Model, this is best suited wherein the project specifications are well defined and on-site
managers can delegate the development of a remote team with details. This model helps effective in
reducing costs and also ramping up development operations on an immediate basis.
 Hybrid Model, this is a combination of the above two models and helps retain effective collaboration
as well as reduction in cost as the offshore team integrates with the on-site team.
Project Management Methodology
 We encompass Agile, Scrum and Prince 2 approach as a part of our project management methods.
We also follow ITIL practices and follow Standard SDLC methods for managing productivity among
projects.
 KCS uses its own Information Management tool which manages its project workflows, milestones
and delivery performances of projects.
Business Models
 Fixed Price, a perfect method when requirements are clearly defined at the outset of the project
itself.
 Time and Materially, this is best suited for agile projects where project scope is evolving. Team size
can be ramped up or down on a short notice and a combination of technical skills in the best interest
of the project can be retained.
 Offshore Dedicated Team is the most appropriate for a product development initiative where the
most flexibility is required. So in this case a dedicated team of developers can be retained which
exclusively works on allocated projects and will be reporting to the client's project manager.
