 Abhyanga is a complete body massage with
special herbal oils to remove body toxins and to
nourish and revitalise the body tissues.

 Abhyanga is followed by a steam bath, one of the
most rejuvenating treatments in ayurveda.

10. 3. Shirodhara
 Shirodhara is a process in which a continous
stream of warm medicated herbal oil is poured
onto the forehead for 20 to 30 minutes in an
oscillating manner.

11. 4. Sarvangadhara
 Sarvangadhara is a soothing and relaxing
procedure that includes pouring of medicated oil
or milk onto the body in continuous streams while
also gently massaging for 30-60 minutes.

 Elakizhi is a rejuvenating treatment in which fresh
plants and other herbal ingredients are tied into
boluses, dipped in medicated oil and massaged
all over the body for an hour.

 A herbal powder is applied all over the body and
massaged with specific movements for 30-60
minutes. It is an effective treatment for weight
