Professional Summary
Professional experience in both teaching and administration in higher education fuels my zeal to work
with students, staff and faculty at the college level. Data driven yet passion driven, enables current work with
many low income, first generation college students to result in meaningful classroom engagement and one-
on-one life goals advising while directing students to vital campus services for student success. Collaboration
on new enrollment programming initiatives, analysis of student recruitment data and development of new
marketing strategies, implementation of a complex student recruitment communications sequence combined
with staff development and training of new employees mark highlights of administrative experiences.
