SDC: Collaborative Teacher Teams Shared grade level, subject area, or ICT integration interest Commitment to try something new with their students, right away Willing to help each other, during the Work Week and afterwards Agreement to open their classrooms for others to observe
SDC: Work Week Process Host Teacher interviews team Host Teacher prepares resources and agenda to support team goals Team works with Host Teacher for one week Team returns to school and tries out new ideas Host Teacher follows up with team in their classrooms later
