However, some team members lack experience making films and the storyline could change. They have opportunities through ideal filming locations close to team members and connections for editing help. Potential threats include health and safety issues, actor scheduling conflicts, and limited equipment availability.

2. Strengths
• We are a small class so there is only one group in the class, this means that
equipment for filming is less likely to be being used when we will need it.
• The place that we wish to film on is where one of our team lives, so we
have easy access to this area.
• One of our team members has made a short film in the past and has got a
high grade on this short film so this is a good strength for the team.
• Everyone in our team knows each others strengths and weaknesses so we
will all be able to cover for something one person cannot do with someone
who can do it.
• A personal strength would be that I am good with time management.

3. Weaknesses
• Some of our team have never made a film before so this lack of
experience could be an issue.
• Depending on which camera we use will determine the quality of our
film.
• Although our storyline is rather simple it is likely to change so nothing
is really set in stone yet.
• Personally I am quite inexperienced when it comes to media and
making a film.
• A personal weakness would be that I have a part time job so I may not
be able to make some of the filming dates.

4. Opportunities
• The location that we wish to film in is ideal and is easy to access
because we all live close together.
• We have varying connections of people that we know that can help
with things such as editing.
• The skills that I am able to develop in the process of this could aid me
in my university education.

5. Threats
• Health and safety could be seen as a potential threat so we will have
to make sure that our health and safety checks are conducted
correctly.
• Some of the actors that we may want to use may not be able to be
present on the days that we wish to film on, so in this case we may
have to find another actor who can fit our dates.
• Other people in the school may be using the equipment that we will
need to film, although equipment is usually available.
