"Kaizen means improvement. Moreover, it means continuing improvement in
personal life, home life, social life, and working life. When applied to the
workplace KAIZEN means continuing improvement involving everyone –
managers and workers alike." Masaaki Imai (consider the father of Continuous
Improvement).
