• Move from informal to more formal styles.
2) Making Suggestions – BEP 30
• Introduce ideas at a meeting using polite language.
• Respond when other participants accept or reject your ideas.
• Use tentative language.
• Recommend a course of action.
3) Responding to Suggestions – BEP 31
• Evaluate suggestions made at a meeting.
• Accept or rejecting an idea with justification.
