 Theory of justice:
 Justice, in its broadest sense, is the principle that
people receive their rights which they deserve, with the
interpretation of what then constitutes "deserving" being
impacted upon by numerous fields with many differing
viewpoints and perspectives, including the concepts of
moral correctness Based on ethics, rationality, law,
religion, equity and fairness.

 Definition:
 The term ' justice' is derived from the Latin word "
justicia"
which means joining or fitting , or of bound or tie.
 The concept of justice has been analysed and defined
differently by philosophers, political thinkers ,
economists ,
sociologists and religious leaders.
 It has been changing from time to time, depending upon
the conditions and circumstances prevailing in each age.

 It means agreement with law, with condition law should be
equals to justice.
 It distinguishes between justice and iniquity , with the
respect of individuals rights and saying.
 Justice appears as basic principle for both communities
and measurement all human affairs.
 Cancelling of implement law will lead to injustice.

TYPES OF JUSTICE:
1. Equal justice: despite of gender or religion
2. politic justice: as election right and politic work.
3. Social justice: for instance medical care, treatment and
humanity, opportunity of getting work
4. Judgement justice: it’s right of making justice judgement
which equals to crime committed.
5. Economic justice: involves equally in distribution wealth
and exist of economic system and saves life requirement
for both gender without distinguishing or differentiation.

IMPORTANCE OF JUTICE:
Achieving equality between societies members despite of
person position or it’s gender.
Special love and affinity between all communities
members.
Feeling by justice and satisfaction between people despite
of reflection of unfairness which can leads to violence and
hating.

 Uniform values.
 Equality before law.
 Liberty.
 Impartiality.
 Respect of individual’s ability and capability.
 Protective discrimination is not injustice.
 Provision of rights.
 Fulfillment of basic needs.

 Conclusion:
 We can conclude that justice is concerned with human welfare
and the protection of reasonable interests. It can be
experienced
only when each citizen will perform his duties in right
perspective.
A just society is that society where every individual gets legal,
political, social, economic justice. For every just society there
should be a proper combination among equality liberty and
justice. there is a close mutual relationship among them.
Individual is the subject matter of these concepts.
