While attempting to steal food from the red wolves, Roan was caught by one of their patrols. A fight broke out between Roan's father and the red wolf, who were brothers but sworn enemies, but they both became injured and decided to end their feud and become friends instead.
Jack monster 1
1) Violet trips and rips her legendary fringe, breaking the curse protection. She transforms into a scaly creature unable to breathe on land.
2) Violet slithers into the water and swims to Africa to find a replacement fringe. She is bombed by planes but escapes unharmed. A map lands on her head.
3) On the return swim, Violet is attacked by sharks but breaks free. The largest shark charges at her but hits a rock and dies with a pink fringe exposed.
Celia's monster
Cabob was the best skier in the kingdom but lost his friends due to jealousy. He tried to make new friends by visiting his old friends Ski and Winter, but they rejected him. Cabob then helped a girl named Snow who was falling from the monkey bars, and they decided to be friends. Snow had an idea to push a boulder toward Benny to save him to gain friends again, but the plan failed. Eventually, a road trip was announced and Cabob, Benny, and Winter packed up together like old times, hugging and becoming friends again as Cabob was thankful for the old days.

- 2. One day a monster named John that lived in a small city was crying in a shopping cart. His friend Mo-Joe came to him. "Why are you sobbing?" he said. "I look different" John mumbled. "I have a long thin green body. I have two pink antennas and two short purple antennas. I have long blue legs and feet, and a yellow face. I look so different. I know what I have to do. I am going to run away."
- 3. When he got home he got ready. He went to the main road to leave, but a weatherman closed the road because of a rainstorm. So he had to stay for the rest of day. All day he was mad. He slammed his bag on the wall. Then Mo-Joe came and said goodbye peer. "I am leaving tomorrow," said John. Then Moe-Joe left.
- 4. The next day he got up and got ready to go. He left. He went outside. The storm blocked the road, and he did not know what to do. Then he had an idea. He was going to eat the things that fell on to the road. So he left his house, but if he was going to eat all the things on the road it would take a long time. Time to begin. He said his tummy was grumbling. He tried "monwed" which was the best food in his mind. A police officer caught him eating "monwed" which was a protected plant. So, he had to pay a fee of $1,000.00. He had to go back home.
- 5. Then Mo-Joe came. He told John that Miss Lilly, his neighbor, was moving and someone was moving in today. John was amazed that this new person looked just like him! This person had a long thin body, two long pink antennas, and two short purple antennas. He had no arms, blue legs with blue feet, a yellow face, and looked Just like John! So John marched over and introduced himself. They decided to become friends! After that they did everything together.
- 6. A week later no one was mean to anyone ever. Ben was 24 and John was 25 and they moved to the same house. Everyone was happy.
