Manages and directs 26 employees in the operation & maintenance of two sister television stations including Local 3 electricians, Local 30 operating engineers,
maintenance and custodial employees. Maintains the financial stability of the department through the creation and management of operating and capital

Two Caterpillar 2000kW 3516 emergency diesel generator sets

2003 – 2006

Directly responsible for the financial stability of a building automation company managing installations, service and procurement, with a direct report to the
company principals on financial profitability, employee productivity and material usage. Managed over $7 million in projects during 2003 – 2006. Designed and
programmed multiple projects as a company representative of Andover Controls Corporation (now Schneider Electric) and Circon Systems Corporation.

2002 – 2003

I directed Resident Managers and staff members in the operation of seven condominium buildings in mid-town Manhattan. This position required me to
personally meet with high profile and celebrity owners to resolve problems relating to building quality of life and alteration contracts. Specified

Project managed and developed a peak shaving generator system to relieve the Con-Edison 4 MW primary power source in a New York City Data Center.

1999 – 2000

I performed as the front desk Service Manager for a refrigeration and air conditioning company managing twelve NJ Local 274 pipe fitters engaged in retrofit
installations, service and procurement, with a direct report to the company principals on employee productivity and material usage. Answered the service “hot-
line” and scheduled regular and emergency service calls during normal business hours as well as the 24/7 on call service pager.

SUSSEX COUNTY TECHNICAL SCHOOL - Teacher of Skilled Trades – HVAC
1997 – 1999

I instructed the 9th through 12th grade levels as a non-tenured teacher of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. My accomplishments included
the reorganization of the shop's mechanical equipment and the implementation of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Institute Course Curriculum. I proposed a
modification to the current curriculum to include Facilities Maintenance, which would graduate a senior student with a NJ State Black Seal Low Pressure
Fireman's License. Senior projects required a written business plan to invest $100,000 into an HVAC service business.

additional customer sites.

1993 – 1995

I was responsible for operating and maintaining an 1800 ton chiller plant and 300 HP boiler plant with all associated auxiliary equipment:
Three York 600 ton centrifugal chillers

Thirteen Carrier 39NX 35K-40K CFM variable speed Air Handling Units
Landis and Gyr System 600 Building Management System

Additional duties included a process chiller system used to condition the company data site. I modified the design, installed and operated the HVAC/R, electrical
equipment and building management systems. I managed the grounds maintenance contracts and maintenance staff.

management monitoring software systems.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - Engineman/Building Equipment Mechanic
1973 – 1989

I was responsible for operating and maintaining a 1050 ton chiller plant and 400 HP boiler plant with all associated auxiliary equipment on the 11:30 PM to 8:00
AM shift including weekend work shifts:
Two Carrier 525 ton centrifugal chillers
Two Carrier 132.8 ton-reciprocating chillers
Two Cleaver Brooks 200 horsepower steam generators
Two Weil McLain 32 horsepower hot water boilers
Robert Shaw pneumatic control system
All required trim and auxiliary equipment for the above

 Repaired or rebuilt centrifugal pumps, semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors, steam condensate return systems, and potable water booster pump systems. In
the absence of the contracted elevator company, the US Postal Service trained select trade employees to operate and repair the hydraulic elevators of which I
was one. Additional duties included maintaining the electrical system infrastructure connected to all mail processing equipment. I assembled and repaired all
grounds maintenance equipment.

Before being trained in the maintenance trade, duties included mail processing and delivery. Training included passenger vehicle operation, one, two and five
ton box truck operation.
