1. John C. Kelly
• John joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 as a Sales Associate in Private Wealth Management. Within two
years, he was the only sales associate selected to participate in the Private Wealth Management
Analyst Program and joined a team managing over $2 billion in client assets. In that role, John
tailored investment plans for ultra-high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments. In 2008,
he was the sole Analyst in his class to be accepted directly to the Private Wealth Management MBA
Associate Program.
• John created and now Co-chairs the Junior Board of Directors of the Waterside School in Stamford,
CT. He is also Vice-President of the Brunswick Alumni Association Executive Committee; a John C.
Whitehead Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association; and serves on the Junior Advisory
Committee and Greensward Circle of the Central Park Conservancy. Previously, John founded the
Leadership Committee for Student Sponsor Partners and served as Co-chair from 2005-2008. In this
role, he created the “Cabana Nights” annual fundraiser for young professionals. In four years, the
event sold over 2,000 tickets and raised over $500,000.
• John received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Williams College. At Williams, he
competed on the varsity football and lacrosse teams. As a senior, John was recognized as a preseason
All-American by d3football.com, named to the East-Coast Athletic Association All-Star Team and
was a First Team All-NESCAC selection in football.
