The Cancer Resource & Education Center (CaRE) is accepting applications for three positions - IT Assistant, Project Associate (Community Relations & Advancement), and Project Associate (General). The IT Assistant will maintain websites, troubleshoot hardware/software, and ensure smooth IT operations. The Project Associate in Community Relations will develop promotional activities and cancer awareness programs. The general Project Associate will implement and evaluate programs, prepare funding proposals, and conduct research. All positions require relevant degrees and strong English skills. 1. IT ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Implement, support and maintain website designing and development
 Installation, configuration, maintaining and repairing on PC workstations or laptop
 Provide troubleshooting of hardware, software and general network issues
 Maintaining and monitoring of TCP /IP Networks
 Ensure the smooth IT operations at CaRE
 Technical assistance to management
 Other tasks as per directed by higher authority at CaRE
REQUIREMENTS:
 Certificate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Programming, Database or related field
(CGPA: 3.0 & above)
 Creative, self-starter, multitasking and troubleshooting skills
 Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft application/ Operating system/ Exchange
server/ SQL database, backup and recovery, PC troubleshooting
 Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills
 Having own transport would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Maintaining and sustaining support from CaRE partners
 Seeking fund/grant/sponsorship/support from potential organizations / affiliates
 Planning and execute promotional activities
 Develop, improvised and innovate promotion tools for CaRE advancement
 Handle tour and presentation for visiting delegates
 Organize cancer awareness program for community
 Other tasks as per directed by higher authority at CaRE
REQUIREMENTS:
 A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Administration or related
field (CGPA: 3.0 & above)
 Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills
 High level of oral, written, presentation and communication skills
 Knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising principles.
 Creativity, energy, confidence and integrity
 Program/curriculum development experience for adults and community
 Having own transport would be an advantage
2. PROJECT ASSOCIATE (Community Relations & Advancement)

2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Implementing initiatives, programs and activities related to designated functions of CaRE or
its higher authority
 Planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting programs; managing data and
other technical support; and forecasting various other needs and beyond
 Preparation of proposals for seeking fund and grant
 Communicating with various levels of stakeholders/partners who are committed to programs
organized by CaRE
 Implementing research activities
 Other tasks as per directed by higher authority at CaRE
REQUIREMENTS:
 A Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines (CGPA: 3.0 & above) / Interested to pursue
Postgraduate (Master) Program.
 Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
 Research or doing systematic inquiry experience
 Multitasking, strong interpersonal skills, self-starter
 High level of oral, written, presentation and communication skills
 Program/curriculum development experience for adults and community
 Having own transport would be an advantage
