Titles Job titles are one of the most important sections of your postings. The title is the first thing a job seeker will see. It must stand out and grab their attention. If you are going to attract good candidates you will need to grab their attention.  Do so by writing creative job titles.  For example, instead of just writing Oracle Developer or Java Programmer try spicing it up a little – Super Star Oracle Developer Needed! Or  Java Programmer (Big Bonuses). These job titles will stand out and attract a higher response than plain job titles.
Company Information Job postings that include detailed information about your company will help to interest an applicant in your job posting. Provide insight on your organization including Brief description of your organization (not about the client). Services your company provides.  What you strive to be as an organization and what values you hope to endorse. What type of training and career path candidates can expect. Why your company is a great place to work. Providing this information is helpful in SELLING your company to candidates.
Job Descriptions Describe the general scope of the work the applicant will perform. Walk the applicant through a typical workday describing the duties he/she will perform.  Candidates want to know what they will be actually doing in this position. Provide a comprehensive description of the position.  When writing the job description includes the following information. Describe the job responsibilities.  Describe your work environment and why an employee would want to work in that environment.  When the job seeker is finished reading this section they will have a good mental picture of the type of work they will be doing.
Requirements & Qualifications Job postings that outline the skills required for your position will bring you much higher qualified job seekers than a generic posting. Differentiate between the actual required qualifications and the "it would be beneficial if you had these" skills.  List requirements and the desired or minimum years of experience. Work experience.  Education or certifications needed.
