Credit Evaluation and Collection Manager, 2011 – 2013

 Manage daily processes in the credit review of new International and Domestic accounts to
establish credit limits and optimize credit exposure.
 Regularly reviewed and analyzed global Accounts Receivable amounting to $175MM - $200MM for
various products including print and electronic adverting, distribution and licensing arrangements.
 Prepared flash reports for senior management.
 Recommend reserves and reported potential bad-debt to senior management in order to adjust the
reserves for allowance of doubtful accounts as required.
 Worked closely with various Domestic and International Sales and Finance partners to ensure
timely collections of receivables and to facilitate dispute resolution processes.
 Provided oversight and approval during various workflows, including bad debt write-offs, refunds,

Senior Billing Manager, 2000 – 2011
 Managed various billing streams with different billing frequencies and requirements to create 15-
25K invoices monthly amounting to $90MM – $125MM monthly.
 Created, established, managed and approved balancing procedures for the various billing streams
and the output created including invoices, GL files, and reporting feeds as a part of SOX controls.
 Finance lead in the development and implementation of new billing systems including Dow Jones
Interactive, Dow Jones Newswires, and Wall Street Journal Online.
 Establish and implement routines to validate revenue reports and to pay sales commissions in
accordance with various contracts.
