APOnline Limited is a digital gateway for the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) to offer multiple
services, through a single window, to its citizens. It is the best-of-breed portal, developed by GoAP
in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT Company.
SR. EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS (ROLE: DISTRICT MANAGER, Chittoor)
• Regular meetings with Joint Collector / District Administration and update the status as and
when required.
• Monitoring financial support from SBI/Andhra Bank.
• Maintain relationship with Technology Service Providers and Line Departments.
• Maintain liaison with district admin and corporate office.
• Plan for APOnline Centres Expansion and its business growth.
• Receive the list of potential locations from the District Administration for placing new
centres.
• Give Paper notifications for placing new centres.
• Identify VLE’s in the district and recruit them for APOnline centres.
• Work closely with the DeGS and Joint Collector for implementation of the centres planned.
• Updation of MeeSeva centres information to DeGS /Joint Collector/APOnline.
• Rollout 213 centres after giving approval by DeGS.
• Participate in meetings and Video Conference called by IT secretary/MeeSeva
Director/PMU etc.
• Coordination with Government Departments and MeeSeva centres for immediate solution
of any grievance.
• Coordination between MeeSeva Operators, DeGS and APOnline.
• Submit daily MIS reports to corporate office as well as to Joint collector.
• Assigning duties and responsibilities to the Field Staff or Technical Team and evaluating
their performance.
• Conduct audit to all the existing centres starts MeeSeva transactions and are made as per the
MeeSeva Specifications.
• Escalate MeeSeva issues to District Admin., and APOnline immediately.
• Accounting/Cash Management and Branch Office Administration at District Level.
• Handling of Technical Issues and Operational Issues at District Level.
• Supervision of Procurement of Hardware/Software/Electronic Gadgets while grounding
new centres in the District.
• Coordinate Training Programs at District Level and Corporate Level.
• Provide training to Village Level Entreprenuers (VLEs) as well as to the Field Staff.
• Monitoring with APOnline regarding timely remittance of Commission and arranging
timely payment for Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE).
• Evaluating MeeSeva Centres transactions to improve the performance of
Entreprenuers/Franchisee Owners.
• Issuing Showcase Notices and Termination Letter for Non Performers and Illegal
Operators.
• Banking and Insurance products selling through CSC Centres as a part of Financial
Inclusion (FI).
• Preparing and Monitoring the MIS data and analysis of data.
• Follow up with Banks regarding modalities in partnering in Financial Inclusion (FI).
• Provide guidance to VLE‘s in developing results and monitoring frameworks.
• Undertake field visits to identify best practices and escalate the issues to HO/JC/DeGS.
