The school system is an organized aspect of education. It is the formal aspect of education, hence there exist a laid down curriculum and standard practices the key-players must abide with. A subset of the school is the classroom, an environment consisting of individuals with little or no common value systems and orientation, with varying ability levels under the auspices of the teacher, a trained being.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus.
The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
Teachers are the solution to every problem of the world including coronavirus.
Punishment should not be served as a diet for kids or administered like pills for a sick child. I strongly advise that teachers reduce the use of punishments in school and when they must involve it, they should also weigh its consequences with other alternatives.

Students know more than they think they actually do and even in the cases that they don’t know enough concerning a subject matter, they have the tools to acquire the necessary information so when students are unwillingly to use their cognitive potentials maximally, teachers should find numerous interesting ways to ensure students open their idea bank.

Technology in the classroom is the collection of
techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the
provision of educative services or in the
the accomplishment of learning objectives. In most cases,
it involves the use of machinery and equipment
developed from the application of scientific knowledge
to teach learners relevant skills and concepts identified
by a curriculum. The major misconception teachers
often have with educational technology is that it must
involve computers or an electronic whiteboard and the
internet but if you pay close attention to the first three
lines in this summary and understand the terms, then
you will realize technology is not completely about
electronic gadgets.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

2. I would like to begin with a statement made by
Abdull Kalam, which says; teaching is a very noble
profession that shapes the character, caliber, and
future of an individual. As for me, being a teacher
comes with the highest level of self-actualization
possible regardless of the financial benefits the
economy can afford. Every teacher in their own
way are contributing to the development of
future leaders no matter what level of skills they
have. However, there are some of us who are
doing better than others and achieving so many
extraordinary things in the profession. This article
is dedicated to all the great teachers in the world
and to those who are bent on becoming better
eternally. Thumbs up teachers. Here are five clues
to knowing a great teacher, from my opinion.

3. Sarcasm
Great teachers are usually fantastic presenters with a
good sense of humour. Their comedic abilities help them
to create relatable and funny examples or application of
theories that give students a clearer view of the topic and
helps them to retain the information learnt for a long
time. Sarcasm also assists teachers to keep the lesson
lively and reduce students’ boredom, especially when the
lesson is long, purely theoretical and involving
mathematics. So if you can make your students smile at
intervals, or even laugh while providing instances to
emphasize an opinion or relate an idea to real life without
digressing unnecessarily or continually, then you are a
super great teacher. Please ensure you keep the light
jokes at efficiency level so that your students don’t take
you for a clown and lose the goal of the lesson.
4. Guilt
Do you feel responsible for your students’ performance,
especially when they perform below expectations? Do you
feel there is something you did not do right that made
your student do badly? Do you feel sad that you could not
provide adequate support for your students? Do you keep
feeling guilty of not doing enough even if you had done
your best for your students? If true, then you are a great
teacher and I believe you are probably the greatest.
Whether we as teachers accept it or not, we share in our
students’ success and their failures as well. Moreover, we
should be used to the school management and parents
accusing us of inefficiencies whenever there is a downturn
in students’ performance. I guess we as teachers should
avoid shifting the blame completely to other factors by
sharing in the consequence and allowing the guilt to
improve us while we are aiming towards improving our
students.
5. Messy Table
This notion might not be applicable to everyone
considering that we all have different personalities and
capabilities. However, the focus is to link a messy table to
large volume of responsibilities within the school
environment. That is, a great teacher would always have
so much work to do regardless of the lot he or she has
accomplished. Due to the teacher’s reputation for hard
work and good delivery, there is a very high chance that
additional tasks would be assigned to him/her more
often. Such teacher would be involved in a lot of
multitasking to complete short and long-term tasks,
which are majorly self-generated or assigned by the
school management. So if you have a messy table (books
everywhere majorly) then I feel you might be a great
teacher. The messier the table, the greater the workload
(based on supposition) but please do find time to sort out
the mess before you lose your mind to endless work and
to set good example for your students.
6. Politeness
David Stewart, a special needs teacher from Australia said
that teachers should always treat their students with
respect at all times. They should always be polite and
should never be rude or unpleasant. But a teacher should
never try and be a student's friend. They shouldn't crave
their student's friendship. They're not employed to
befriend, they're employed to teach. Ralph Surman also
said teachers should not "over-exaggerate" politeness in
addressing pupils to try to improve their behaviour. He
wants a return to the days when the teacher's greeting of
"good morning, class" is greeted by a chorus of "good
morning, sir" or "miss". Well, if you are having or showing
behaviour that is respectful and considerate of other
people, especially your students, then you are a great
teacher by all standards. Keep it up please but avoid trying
to be overly friendly with students.
7. Ideas Sharing
The teaching world is not for conservative or stagnant
teachers who have learnt a particular approach or
technique but unwillingly to unlearn in order to update
their skills. Therefore the teaching world is for teachers
who keep learning and experimenting new ideas,
techniques and pushing the boundaries of possibilities a
bit further regularly. Well, I believe a good teacher
acquires knowledge continually for personal
development but a great teacher shares his or her
innovations, ideas, experiences and methods with other
teachers with joy and without restraints. Howard Aiken
said “Don’t worry about people stealing your ideas. If your
ideas are any good, you’ll have to ram them down
people’s throats.” Great teachers do not keep ideas and
knowledge to themselves, they always find ways to pass
them to their colleagues, school authority and also their
students.
