      follow. Show passion for this vision at all times. Never waver. Build
      optimism and accountability for the path, project, objective and
      destination. Motivate, lead and achieve.

      Build trust by demonstrating transparency and integrity. Be respectful.
      See the way as a journey and one that your team will want to
      participate in.

      Leadership is driven by situational awareness at all times.
      Mentor, coach, teach and enable your people and partners; they are
      the tools! Be decisive and focus on team and individual empowerment.
      Seek to understand and communicate at a high level. Never
      assume, do not rule by intimidation and always cultivate innovation
      and ask “what’s next?”
