Critical Success Factors
The first three steps of the PMC are the most critical in development of JedAir’s
Aircraft Hangar which will be managed by an Implementing Partner or Internal Staff
Member, the Project Execution step is also managed by the Implementing Partner or
Internal Team Member, the Monitoring step is managed by the Organization’s Project
Steering Committee whilst the Evaluation is managed by a Selected Third - Party
Vendor.
