Career Objective
• To obtain and thrive in a leadership position as an MSR or Leadership to grow business within a branch, develop a
highly skilled Team, and provide World Class Service to any Member within the branch.
Work History
• SchoolsFirst FCU / OCTFCU – Assistant Manager 12/21/2001-present time
o Created opportunities for other Teammembers to succeed within the organization by composing and
executing reviews, Individual Development plans, and planned knowledge and service plans. Promoted to
Supervisor in 2010 in Downey and Norwalk, and transferred to Cypress in 2012.
o Successfully led several branches to 3 consecutive years in “Above Satisfactory” annual audits from 2008 to
2011, and another “Above Satisfactory” in 2015.
o Developed a new approach to assisting New Members when sitting down with MSR’s in 2008. We lessened
the time from 30 minutes to 20-25 minutes, and using different methods to achieve 100% SQS in all
categories with a 5.56 NM Product Ratio, highest among all full service branches at the time.
 We later improved upon the New Membership process by partnering with the back office to
implement a new “Online Membership” process that lessened the time to 15 minutes, while still
keeping a warm, friendly, partial TM assisted process, modeled in front of a panel of Management
Team.
o Created various games, competitions, & lead by example for supporting the various marketing campaigns
for loans, insurance, and ancillary products. The Downey branch was recognized 4 times in 2009 by Lending
for achieving 149% participation with a goal of 49%. The same production repeated itself for 6 months
leading the organization in 2014, and the first 6 months of 2015 at the Cypress branch. This also led to us
reaching our lending goal in 2013 and 2014. The Cypress branch also achieved the highest percentage in
ancillary participation in the organization in 2015.
o Led the Downey branch to a 3.0% increase in overall Excellent SQS, and a 24.0% increase in Lending volume
through the 1st
quarter in 2012.
o Increased Overall Excellent SQS from 81.9% to 85.0% YTD in first year in Cypress branch as Supervisor. Saw
increases in Loans from 86.0% to 89.1%, New Memberships from 77.1% to 82.4%, and Teller 82.6 to 82.7%
YTD. In 2014 this rose to a 95.3% Excellent YTD, and 2015 100% Excellent YTD. Finished 2015 with 94.7%
Excellence SQS. This shows steady increase in service throughout my tenure in Cypress.
o Facilitated weekly CSS focus meetings on: finding alternative solutions, addressing concerns, benefit
statements, and finding the true needs of a Member. Consistent in averaging 3-5 CSS individual exams per
week with TM’s with active roleplaying to increase productivity.
