2. Class Descriptions
Cardio Kick - A mix of kickboxing and hi-lo that is sure to get your heart
pumping.
Butts & Guts – A class that focuses on your glutes and abs with lots of leg and
invigorating ab exercises to tone those tough spots!
Express Circuit - A series of cardio and strength exercises completed in stations. Train your
entire body in thirty minutes.
FlexStretch - Yoga- infused moves to relieve the tension/stress and increase
flexibility. Great after a hard day’s work or intense workout
Full Body Blast - A full body, strength and tone class using only resistance bands. A
great way to incorporate strength training with your cardio training.
Kickbox Circuit - A series of cardio and strength exercises completed in stations.
Train your entire body in thirty minutes.
Intro to Latin Dance Fitness - A class that introduces the basic steps of Latin dance
rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Samba, etc. This class will prepare
you for the Zumba Fitness class that follows.
Rev It Up Cardio - Interval training w/ boot camp exercises for the fitness
enthusiast who needs an extra push. Guaranteed to burn lots of calories!!! This
one is definitely a “H.I.I.T” (high intensity interval training)!
Total Body Makeover - A full-body, conditioning workout designed to enhance muscle
definition, balance, strength, and endurance in the major muscle groups while using weights,
and your own body weight.
Zumba Fitness - A Latin dance cardio class that is more fun and less work! “Ditch the

Zumba in the Circuit (ZIC) - Take the high-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves of the
Zumba® program and mix them with a series of strength
exercises at timed intervals and you've got Zumba in the Circuit,
the 30-minute workout that's putting a new spin on circuit
training.
