Attitude of Top Management
• Supervision: Supervision has a significant relationship with
productivity. However, supervision can only be taken positively with
acceptance. Therefore, it is important to ensure a positive attitude to
work.
• Co-workers: Co-workers are
a common source of job stress,
as demonstrated by studies
using role theory.
Compensation Management
The Compensation management is another important factor to satisfy the employee.
Salary, benefits and other allowances should be in according to the policy followed by
the industry.
Compensation system of Jamuna Bank is fair at all. The employee whom I met they are
satisfied with their basic salary and also with benefit, allowances. Employees are very
satisfied because they are given many kind of loan from the bank with a low level of
interest.
Work Environment There is enough space to
move on.
A hygienic environment
or location of Islampur they
have selected to do banking
in that local area.
Fully air-conditioned
space.

As an intern, I learned so many things in the
bank. That is given below :
How to open an account.
About checking and bindings.
About PO register book.
About CRM, KYC profile.
About different scheme of JBL. Like: Monthly Benefit
Scheme, Monthly Savings Scheme, Double Growth Deposit
Scheme, and Triple Growth Saving Scheme, Lakhpoti
Deposit Scheme, Kotipati Deposit Scheme, and Millionaire
Deposit Scheme.
About Cash Payment, Cash Receive voucher.
About clean cash, supply.
About how to issue cheque book
And how to gave services to the customers.
 Most of the respondents are satisfied with the weekly work hours.
 Most of the employees are satisfied with the schedule flexibility in JBL.
 The Basic Salary of JBL is good enough.
 Employees of JBL are satisfied with their working environment and working location.
There is no existence of employee life insurance and health insurance in JBL.
 Employees of JBL are talking like they have good opportunity to utilize the skills and
talents they have.
 The Job status and job security of JBL is Very high.
Some of the employees are not satisfied with their Promotion policies as it is not clear
to them.
More than 80% of the employees are satisfied with their training facilities of JBL but
other employees are not satisfied with their training facilities.
 The nature of work activities in their job is satisfactory to most of the employees.
Overall most of the employees in JBL are satisfied but very few of them are not satisfied
with their job.
It is also recommended to Jamuna Bank that they should
ensure employee health and life insurance that is provided
by Jamuna Bank.
 Jamuna Bank recruited certified, experienced trainers
and adopt up-to-date training programs and facilities but
in spite of having all those yet some employee who deprived
from training to work properly.
 It would be better for Jamuna bank if they will redesign
their employee promotion policy as the employees are not
enough clear about it.
Last of all, the overall Job satisfaction level should be
improved according to the standard of present market
position of Jamuna Bank. Because yet they have some
deficiency to ensure employee job satisfaction as mentioned
in last findings that some employee are dissatisfied with
their job.

It is alsorecommended to Jamuna Bank that they should ensure employee health and life insurance that is provided by Jamuna Bank.  Jamuna Bank recruited certified, experienced trainers and adopt up-to-date training programs and facilities but in spite of having all those yet some employee who deprived from training to work properly.  It would be better for Jamuna bank if they will redesign their employee promotion policy as the employees are not enough clear about it. Last of all, the overall Job satisfaction level should be improved according to the standard of present market position of Jamuna Bank. Because yet they have some deficiency to ensure employee job satisfaction as mentioned in last findings that some employee are dissatisfied with their job.
