2. Technical/Project Manager Ricoh Corporation 2006 - 2014
Reporting to the Director of IS – Supply Chain systems
 Managed complex projects for multi-billion dollar company with 108, 000 employees
and 223 global companies which specializes in printers, copiers, business imaging, e-
business, network integration, network services, facilities, management, document
management solutions, legal document services, and training and certification
services
 Successfully executed a 2.5 million dollar project to develop and implement Oracle’s
Transportation Management software. Methodologies used for this project were
Waterfall, Agile and SDLC. The project included elements of network, infrastructure,
development and training. Communication planning used for Senior Management
report outs.
 Executed a project to onboard 40+ carriers onto Ricoh EDI infrastructure. Project
involved negotiation and communication skills to successfully complete the project.
 Managed a team of Offshore and Onshore resources in the successful migration of
multiple legacy systems to Oracle Supply Chain modules in a Matrix environment.
Extensive testing and quality standards were used on this project.
 Successfully managed the development and implementation of a custom Asset
Recovery system involving internal and external source systems such as G.E. leasing
software and Oracle 11i. Project methodologies used were SDLC and elements of Six
Sigma.
 Successfully developed and implemented a custom Data Analytics/Sales pipeline
reporting suite involving four cross functional departments. Responsible for managing

second level support and working service tickets with Oracle support.
 Analyzed core systems for increased efficiencies, recommending and implementing
solutions Efficiencies included streamlining BOM levels, WIP labour usage and ASCP
data collections.
