Communications (UC), voice is integrated with applications, such as messaging and

• Prepared functional and technical Canada and Switzerland Enhancements specification
documents.
• Modified the existing custom program ZMPC_CIT_SO_CREATE to override the ship to
party address details for Canada and Switzerland country specific enhancements.
• Modified the existing custom program ZMPC_BILLING_SUMMARY to populate the new
additional field (City, Postal code, Region and Country) values.
• Supported the System Integration testing and User Acceptance for CIT and COMPASS

MADO Autonomy Project - Autonomy is the leader in the Meaning Based Computing space
with the Industry Leading IDOL Software. The Autonomy acquisition was closed on October
3, 2011. Autonomy will continue to operate as a standalone company and will be submitting
their financial results to the HP Corporate General Ledger (Lighthouse) which will provide
Autonomy’s financial results to the Management Reporting System (BW). Currently
Autonomy’s financial results are uploaded into LH1 using a JV Upload Tool. This project has
been undertaken to automate the process of loading Autonomy’s financial results into HP’s
LH GL.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepared the XI/PI Technical Design Specifications document for Autonomy to LH
GLI Transaction flow.
• Developed, configured and tested the new XI/PI interface from Autonomy to LH for
GLI transactions.
• Developed new ABAP program ZAUTOIDOCREPORT for LH IDOC failed Report.
• Set up the partner profiles with Message Function GLA and resolved the IDOC errors to
support the Autonomy to LH GLI transactions flow.
• Developed an Automatic Email notification and send to the Autonomy source system
when any IDOC fall out in LH system.
• Worked on ABAP change request to remove the invalid character from long text custom
table ZLNGTXT fields.

are to be setup to support a new business model for WebOS. WebOS setup supports rapid
retirement of Palm SAP, achieving a significant IT cost saving.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepared the Functional and Technical Design Specifications document for LH to
TPE confirmation Report.
• Involved the TPE to LH GLI transactions (Revenue postings, Settlement Postings and
Monthly Revenue Recognition postings) configuration, development and testing process
in LH systems.
• Developed new ABAP program ZFI_GL_PALM_EXTRACT to send the confirmation
report from LH system to TPE source system through HPSB and SFTP server.
• Set up the partner profiles with Message Function GLP and resolved the IDOC errors to
support the TPE to LH GLI flow.
• Implemented the Assignment field of BSEG table filled up with currency keys for TPE
Revenue/Settlement/Monthly Revenue Recognition GL postings.
• Provided the XI/PI mapping specification details to TPE source system.
• Developed an Automatic Email notification and send to the TPE source system when any
Idoc fall out in LH system.
• Set up the master data (G/L accounts, Business area, profit center, cost center etc.)
• Set up the TIDAL jobs with 2 steps (step 1 – Execute the confirmation report program

• Gathering of requirements for the development.
• Held Knowledge-sharing sessions with the business (GBS) to work on BRD’s and
Functional Specification.
• Design and review of Functional Specifications in order to validate the estimates and
designs
• Send the AR/AP open items from EDS SAP to FI 4.5 box (R/3 4.5) through XI/PI
interface.
• Send the IC open items from EDS SAP to LH box (ECC 6.0) through XI interface.
• Changed the map programs to send the AR/AP/IC transactions from EDS SAP to FI/LH
systems.
• Responsible for execution and development of assigned tasks and deliverables within
specified time lines.

Kenobi Retirement – The objective is to migrate core GSSC business functions on to

continued system availability for the business operations and scalability needed for business
growth. With the retirement of Kenobi SAP and migration of the SWSC business
functionalities on to HPS SAP, there is the opportunity to leverage existing support
processes, thereby driving down support costs within the EBIT organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to work on project encompassing all the phases in the life cycle of software
development including requirements elicitation, design and analysis, coding and
implementation, testing, quality assurance, documentation.
• Prepared the Functional Design Specifications document for IC Physical shipment
flow from HPS systems to PRMO system.
• Involved to configure the SD, Logistics and Finance transactions.
• Supported the Production tickets.

• I was part of IT Division of Amada which is responsible for implementing SAP
(SD/MM/PP/FICO modules) in various Amada group companies.

• Developed an ALV interactive program for Planned Order Conversions to convert
planned orders to Production Orders (by CO40 transaction) or to Purchase
Requisitions (by MD14 transaction).
• Designed & Developed Business Documents like., Shop floor docs, Billing Docs,
Shipping Docs by Smart forms & SAP Scripts. Viz., Sales Order Details, Work Slips
(for Finished / Semi-Finished / Specials), Pick Slip, Packing Slip, Invoice,
Commercial Invoice, NAFTA, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Shippers Export Decl.,
Canada Customs Invoice, Order Conf.mail and many more.
• Worked on variant functions to select semifinished blanks for tools manufacturing, by

The Autonomy acquisition was closed on October 3, 2011. Autonomy will continue to operate as a standalone company and will be submitting their financial results to the HP Corporate General Ledger (Lighthouse) which will provide Autonomy’s financial results to the Management Reporting System (BW). Currently Autonomy’s financial results are uploaded into LH1 using a JV Upload Tool. This project has been undertaken to automate the process of loading Autonomy’s financial results into HP’s LH GL.
