The company is seeking an experienced Manager for their operations in Angola. The position requires overseeing operations, maintenance of local contracts, developing new business, integrating with local entities, overseeing safety and financial matters. Requirements include 10+ years oil field experience, previous expatriate experience, fluency in English, knowledge of Portuguese, and willingness to travel within West Africa.

The company is looking for an experienced Manager for their operations in Angola. <br /> <br />Position Objective:<br />Ensure an effective, professional and qualitative planning and follow-up support in connection with AWS tractor related operations<br />Responsibilities:<br />Operations for the company in Angola.<br />Maintenance of local contracts.<br />Develop business through new customers and existing contracts.<br />Integration with Local companies entity.<br />Operate business according to plan.<br />Development of National and Expatriate personnel.<br />Oversee cash flow.<br />Overall safety of operations within area, including monitoring HSE targets.<br />Local Insurances, tax and legal matters.<br /> <br />Requirements:<br />10 years of relevant experience in the oil field.<br />Previous experience in expatriate hardship postings.<br />Sound electrical & mechanical understanding of wireline equipment.<br />Fluent in English.
