As the CFO at Accuride, I worked with Jackie for several years and observed a high
level of professionalism and consistent drive to improve both processes and personal
service in her role in the benefits area of our Human Resource department.
Specifically, Jackie held a position with fiduciary responsibility for both our defined
benefit and defined contribution programs in the United States and Canada. Jackie
worked closely with the internal group, consisting of the CEO and CFO as well as
other executives covering Human Resources, Finance, and Operations in addition to
the external providers of our benefits, and the consultants also associated with these
plans. Jackie was also instrumental in the communication design and process for our
employees so that they would both understand and actively participate in utilizing
the benefits offered.

As the CFO at Accuride, I worked with Jackie for several years and observed a high level of professionalism and consistent drive to improve both processes and personal service in her role in the benefits area of our Human Resource department. Specifically, Jackie held a position with fiduciary responsibility for both our defined benefit and defined contribution programs in the United States and Canada. Jackie worked closely with the internal group, consisting of the CEO and CFO as well as other executives covering Human Resources, Finance, and Operations in addition to the external providers of our benefits, and the consultants also associated with these plans. Jackie was also instrumental in the communication design and process for our employees so that they would both understand and actively participate in utilizing the benefits offered.
