qualification scheme includes a credit system. This means that for each successful completion of an ITIL®
exam (every training one
exam) you receive a certain number of credits. Once you have at least collected 22 credits you get the ITIL®
Expert title. The title ITIL®
Prac-
titioner is awarded to you, when you successfully pass the ITIL®
Practitioner exam.
