This document summarizes a study on employee satisfaction among employees at the ITC Munger branch. The study had two main objectives: to identify employee satisfaction levels regarding training and development programs, and satisfaction with the work environment. A survey was conducted of 50 employees over 30 days. The results found that 50% of employees were satisfied with their job, and 35% had a positive opinion of the organization. The study concluded that employees were generally satisfied but recommended the organization focus on salary, relationships, and opportunities for new employees to improve satisfaction further.
