Introduction of the study
Employee satisfaction is the term used to describe how much employees
are happy, content, and fulfilling their pleasure and needs at work. Many
measures purpose that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee
inspiration, employee goal achievement, and positive employee courage
in the workplace.
In management we studied satisfaction in different aspects such as,
customer pleasure, job pleasure, employee pleasure and many more.

Objectives of the study
 To identify the level of satisfaction in employee regarding training and
development program
 To identify the satisfaction level in employee regarding work
environment.

Methodology
 REASERCH DESIGN
 The study was based on Survey method
 PERIOD OF STUDY
 The study on Employee Satisfaction on conducted during thirty days.
 SAMPLE SIZE
 The sample size of these study fifty respondents.
 DATA COLLECTION
 The data collected for the study consists of Primary data.

Interpretation
From the above table it is observed that, 18% of employees have the
working experience below 2 year, 32% Employees work experience above
10 years in this organization. Soumen Pramanik BBA & MBA
Satisfaction of employees in Training & Programmes
Interpretation
As per the data analysis, 38% employees are highly satisfied, 50% has
satisfied & 12% are not satisfied.

Interpretation
From the above table, it is observed that, 66% to employees have
good opinion about refreshment and recreation facilities and 10% are
not happy and 24% have average opinion.

Observation of the study
 50 % employees are satisfied with the job.
 35% of the employees are good opinion in the organization.

Conclusion
As a part of my project work, I got an opportunity to spend a period of
thirty days in ITC Munger Branch.
This project clearly shows that employees under company are more with
the job. The study helped in exposing the level of Employees contentment
with reference to the various factors provided in the organization. The
company should consider on the salary, relationship of employees and
supervisors, grievance handling and give more opportunity for the new
employees.

Recommendation For Improving Organization
 Management should take proper care to maintain in employee so their
mental contentment can be improved.
 Management should be provided proper safety measures in the
company.

  • 3. Introduction of the study Employee satisfaction is the term used to describe how much employees are happy, content, and fulfilling their pleasure and needs at work. Many measures purpose that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee inspiration, employee goal achievement, and positive employee courage in the workplace. In management we studied satisfaction in different aspects such as, customer pleasure, job pleasure, employee pleasure and many more. Soumen Pramanik BBA & MBA

Methodology  REASERCH DESIGN  The study was based on Survey method  PERIOD OF STUDY  The study on Employee Satisfaction on conducted during thirty days.  SAMPLE SIZE  The sample size of these study fifty respondents.  DATA COLLECTION  The data collected for the study consists of Primary data.   • 7. Satisfaction of employees in Training & Programmes Interpretation As per the data analysis, 38% employees are highly satisfied, 50% has satisfied & 12% are not satisfied. Soumen Pramanik BBA & MBA

Good Bad Average 35 6 9 0 70 12 18 0 Satisfaction on Employee in Work Environment Interpretation From the above table, it is observed that, 66% to employees have good opinion about refreshment and recreation facilities and 10% are not happy and 24% have average opinion.   • 10. Conclusion As a part of my project work, I got an opportunity to spend a period of thirty days in ITC Munger Branch. This project clearly shows that employees under company are more with the job. The study helped in exposing the level of Employees contentment with reference to the various factors provided in the organization. The company should consider on the salary, relationship of employees and supervisors, grievance handling and give more opportunity for the new employees. Soumen Pramanik BBA & MBA
