Responsibilities as Teller
Conduct transactions for members such as deposits, fund transfers, currency exchange,
withdrawals, and coin currency exchanges
Provide security of funds for members and institution
Handle member inquiries about account balances and concerns in a proper and timely fashion
Execute highest awareness to protect confidential information with accounts, documentation,
etc….
Conduct loan payoffs and loan payments for members
Provide administrative support with end of day procedures
Assistant higher ranking workers with end of day cash balances
Skilled use of financial programs associated with conducting transactions
Use multiple databases for business and consumer needs
Use software programs for internal/external services
Multitask in a Windows environment to handle time sensitive requests
Perform data analysis on a routine basis for transaction errors/corrections,
Review invoices for order accuracy
Provide assistance with administrative documentation of reports
Perform/create audit reports on financial instruments
Perform Inspections on audit reports so as to meet company standards
