Achievements:
Increased the Bahrainisation percentage in the hotel from 26% to 45%
with in three years.
Revised the hotel policy & procedures and created a new staff welfare
policy.
Organized and coordinated the participation of the hotel in CAREER
EXPO 2000 and 2001. As we successfully met the goal of the said
expo, we achieved its objective of raising awareness amongst students
and job seekers with career opportunities possible in the hotels inside
Bahrain.
Organized the first Diplomat hotel open day for the Bahraini job
seekers with the coordination of Ministry of Labour .
