The Matrix is a sci fi action film created in 1999 by Andy and Lana Wachowski.
The Matrix explores each branch of philosophy with great depth, giving the
viewers a reason to question the world we live in today. The most intellectually
stimulating problem presented by the Matrix trilogy is the question of the nature of
reality posed by the premise of the film. This is actually an ancient question, which
Plato asked and attempted to answer in his Dialogues, especially in the famous
allegory of the cave. Both share the major philosophical issue, metaphysics, with the
ongoing questions of What is reality? and Are we living in the real world or an

The fourth window is the Helpful Advice window, this window gives you information

Procedure
We started this experiment by conducting magazine training with Sniffy. The
Magazine training technique was used in order for Sniffy to make the association
between the sound of the food hopper with food. Every time Sniffy approached the
food hopper a food pallet would be delivered through the pressing of the space bar.
We waited until the Sound Food bar association on the Operant Associations mind
window reached 3/4 s of the way. This meant that the association between sound and
food was strong enough to begin helping shape Sniffy s behavior. This file was
saved to be used later in the training of Sniffy to press the bar himself.
Using the previously saved file some adjustments were made before training Sniffy.
The session was adjusted to the Design Operant Conditioning Experiment with the
Reinforcement Schedule set to Continuous. The Recorded Shaping Behavior was
set to Press Bar in order to begin training Sniffy to press the bar. Sniffy was first
rewarded only when Sniffy would rear up facing the wall where the bar and hopper
were located. Later Sniffy would be rewarded when he reared closer and

Needs Assessment
1. I would use a combination of questionnaires, interviews and observations to
conduct what is needed in the assessments. Questionnaires: This will be an
assessment where they will be anonymous. This will hopefully allow for the people
who do not want to come forward to give their input on the subject without being
identified.
Interviews: By interviewing people who could possibly be involved and alumni who
have taken similar course I should be able to identify areas that need major
improvements along with areas that seemed to work well but might need slight
improvement.

I would address these concerns because the course this course will go further than just
patient care we will talk about safety of the patient and the technologist along with
how to communicate with patients and their concerns in regards to radiation and how
to proceed with the procedure the doctor prescribed.
5. The learners would be anyone that is new to radiology and taking courses to
achieve their license in this field. They will benefit by learning safety protocols for
the patient and technologist, how effective communication is in the x ray room and
how this communication can not only ease tension but can also help to produce a

Yossarian and his squadron is given a dangerous mission to Bologna in order to
further the reputation of the officers, which Yossarian attempts to avoid. Nothing
could save the men in Pianosa from the mission to Bologna. They were trapped

Within this battle a total of 139 British Soldiers managed to hold off 4,500 zulu
